"Feb 26 2008. I just purchased a 2008 ninja 250r! Let me tell you how splendid my experience was. The customer service from my salesman mike in the hopkins hp was absolutely astonishing. He is such a caring and sincere guy. He helped with every detailed question i had for him. Being an un-experienced rider he made me feel so good about my purchase and choice that i gained the courage to drive this bike 7 miles to my house in the cold 25 degree weather. Mikes customer service and help as a salesman was unsurpassed. Second my finance manager ryan was funny and very easy going, non pressuring to anything i didnt know if i wanted to add or do. Ryan got me in and out of his office in less than 20 minutes. Absolutely Super. I got in and out with my new bike in about an hour. "I just bought (1/29/08) a brand new carry over 2007 Yamaha Roadstar Silverado from JP and Justin at the Coon Rapids store. These guys made a great first impression and know their stuff! There was no pressure, no haggling! They got right to the point and got me where I needed to be. JD in parts was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out just what I wanted! I took my bike to the Fridley HP location for service this past week. I was expecting a potential complete overhaul of the upper end of the engine. The mechanic who worked on my bike found and corrected a problem which had caused a huge loss in compression. This mechanic saved me a lot money in needless labor costs. He must follow a routine when working on bikes. His procedure not only saved me money, it also showed me that HP has very competent, honest mechanics. I know where I will continue to have my bike worked on. I would also like to thank Jason L. and Ryan in the service department for the way they treated me. I also know where I will buy my next bike. They have very friendly sales staff. "

I called and talked to Joe Pappa and Ricco at the Fridley store where I bought it. Joe was more than happy to take the bike off my hands and try to trade it for a much smaller one, that I could handle. Their going to try and transfer, or cancel, this loan for another loan for the smaller bike."

I came in over the weekend and was a bit disappointed by the service that I received from a particular salesperson, he blew me off and moved on to a man who was looking at the bigger much more expensive bikes than I was looking at, even though I had been there long before that guy and obviously in need of assistance. I decided to come back a couple of days later and give it one more try, and I am sure glad that I did. Billy G. was super with helping me with my purchase. He didn’t push me to buy bigger than I needed or to spend more than I wanted to spend. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure that I was happy with my bike. "I just wanted to let anyone who was thinking of making a purchase at the hitching post know what a great experience I had. The sales staff (Billy G, Kory) were both very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and didnt make me feel like I was a burden ( so common today it seems ). Billy even stayed late for me so I could get my new ride home before the big snowstorm that was coming, thanks again! JD and the sales staff were informed and very helpful in choosing new riding gear for my wife and I. I never thought I would buy a 2nd ATV. And if H.P. wasn't so great, I would have gone elsewhere. I had friends that said to go to "their dealer", but I would have never considered it. If you want THE BEST, go to H.P.!!!

"Just had bought a bike off ebay and picked it up. Driving down 65 and saw you were a Suzuki dealer. Came in and said what I needed. Service guy actually came out and looked over bike and told me what I needed to do to fix her up a bit. Great service. Although everthing I needed wasn't in stock. But such is life. I just want to say how much I enjoyed purchasing my 06 Honda 600RR from the sales staff there at Coon Rapids. From the first time I met Brian, we talked about bikes, answering all of my questions and even informing me of details that I would have never thought of asking. Constantly I searched for the motorcycle I wanted and then one day I happened to swing by and see it sitting out front, it was Brian’s demo. Without hesitation he assisted me in taking the bike for a test ride. Speaking with Eric, an excellent sales manager that I felt did the best he could to get a great price for me, we started to write things up. I put money down on Friday and planned on picking it up Monday; however, I ran into insurance problems. Being patient, Brian even called a friend of his in insurance to see what he could do for me. Thanks to him I was able to get the insurance and get the bike a few days later. When I went to pick the bike up, Brian set me up with an excellent gentleman in the parts section who was very knowledgable and helped me pick the correct helmet and jacket for me. Thanks to Brian coming in on his day off, calling his friend, and setting me up in parts I was able to cruise home that day on my new bike. This is just a small way to say thanks to you, Brian and Eric, for the wonderful experience in buying my first motorcycle.
