I met with Don (sales) about 4 months ago, and he spent time going over which ATV would best suit my needs. His follow up was very professional, and not pushing. We finally decided to pull the trigger to purchase the ATV, and met with Don again. I am a disabled vet, and an avid outdoorsman. But my disability has hindered some of my outdoor activities, where now an ATV would be a necessary tool. Don found us the perfect ATV, and introduced us to Mike in Credit. Mike was also very professional, and exceeded our expectations. We were extremely impressed. I will say that again, we were extremely impressed. “I purchased a new 2008 Suzuki GSX650f in Sept. 2009, and within the first few hundred miles I noticed a paint flaw/crack around a faring fastener. Ryan in service and the other guys at the parts/service counter did a great job of considering my issue and submitting a request for a replacement faring under the manufacturer's warranty. The first part that came in was unfortunately damaged in shipping, so they had to re-order on their time and dollar. Throughout the whole process they did a great job of communicating by calling and updating me on the status of the part, install scheduling, etc. They truly worked to resolve the problem and earn a 5 star rating for excellent customer service and putting the customer first. As president of a deposit financial institution, I speak from experience of having to ensure that employees treat customers with the respect they deserve every day. Thanks again! “

“I got a Rubicon for Christmas from my wife, after 9 months, it had 48 miles on it and would not start unless jump started. It would turn over for a few minutes then backfire but not start. I spoke with several mechanics everyone said bad gas, after replacing gas, which didn't help. I was going hunting and had the wheeler and charger in the trailer. I pulled into the Hitching Post in Fridley. Troy Donahue brought out a charger and various testers and found that my battery needed replacing. I was thrilled that he found my problem with amazing speed and I didn't even have to unload it. I would like to mention that I had my 2008 Gold Wing in for service at your South St. Paul location. During the service, it was damaged with brake fluid. I contacted Ryan the service writer and explained the situation to him. I brought the bike into him to show him what was damaged. I was ready for a battle, but Ryan took the steam out of me by not questioning me. He ordered the parts to be replaced on the spot and called me when they came in. The parts did get replaced and the bike feels like mine again. I am picky about everything I do and take very good care of everything that I own. I told Ryan how much it means to me that he took care of the problem quickly and professionally. I think that Ryan is very customer-minded and willing to go the extra step for your customers. “I wanted to drop a line, and say something about the Coon Rapids location staff. I was at another local dealer that I heard was the ‘lowest price’ dealer around, and put money down to hold a new Yamaha Raider. I walked into the Coon Rapids store, as it was close to my house to look at helmets. Justin Olheim (spelling?) started talking to me like I had been shopping there for years. He showed me around the store, and a few of their popular bikes. The guy is incredibly convincing, and had me and my wife laughing like we were old friends or something. I have to say that is was a relief to find such a down-to-earth sales guy that didn't push us. After we left my wife was talking about the experience days later. We decided to cancel our order with the other ‘lowest price’ guy as Justin had come close to his price ($100 more) and made us feel the way we did. It really shows that sometimes it pays to spend an extra $100 to know that you will always have a dependable guy that knows his stuff looking after you and your machine for years to come. I'm an Internet Coordinator for a Ford dealership and both Billy and Tim had great follow up when I submitted an online request, something our Internet Department needs to work on. LOL. I worked with Tim personally about a year ago and when some things came up and I couldn't buy then he didn't get upset which I really appreciated :). I was also rather discouraged on Wed 9/17/08 because there was no one in to do financing. I had to wait until Thursday. I have met many of the staff at the Fridley store and have not had a bad experience with any of them. Bill Gruber was awesome to work with. He sent my a little note in the mail when he saw my Kawasaki 900 sitting in service on Saturday. The bike was totaled, and I was sad. It was a nice touch to receive that note in the mail.
